Deeply Chicago Tuesday Tech Book Club is a fellowship bringing together a small, fixed group of twelve tech and innovation leaders who meet six times from February through November for confidential experiential discussions about the civic and cultural dimensions of working and building in Chicago.
Members of the Deeply Chicago civic accelerator are exploring what it means to lead with a deeper understanding of the city they call home. It is for leaders in tech ready to engage beyond headlines and networking events, this cohort offers space to reflect, compare experiences, and root your work in a stronger sense of place and understanding of the city and its many facets.
Intentional Gravity draws participants from across tech, civic, scientific, and entrepreneurial communities. We intentionally balance cohorts across industries, roles, and neighborhoods to create a meaningful mix of perspectives. This cohort is designed for leaders who want to understand Chicago more deeply as a place they live, work, and shape.
The program follows a six-session arc designed to build trust, foster peer learning, and examine Chicago through biography, history, innovation, design, and lived experience. Each session is hosted by a Chicago tech or civic leader who welcomes the group into their workspace.
Application Deadline: January 12, 2025. Limited seats available and applications reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis.
