AI for Managers brings together a small, fixed group of twelve managers who meet six times from February through December for confidential, book-anchored discussions on the leadership, governance, and strategic implications of artificial intelligence in their work.

Members of the AI for Managers acceoerator are navigating how artificial intelligence is reshaping the way teams work, decide, and grow. Whether implementing tools, rethinking workflows, or managing cultural change, this cohort offers space to compare approaches, share lessons, and build practical frameworks for leading with both confidence and care.

Intentional Gravity draws senior professionals from across Chicago’s innovation and business communities. We intentionally balance cohorts across sectors and roles to ensure a robust mix of perspectives—from technology and healthcare to finance, manufacturing, and civic leadership. This cohort is not intended for AI companies but rather leaders in other industries that are being touched by AI.

The program follows a six-session arc designed to deepen trust, foster peer learning, and equip leaders with actionable insights for guiding teams through change. 

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with a final deadline of January 10, 2026. Space is limited to twelve managers, and early applications are encouraged.
