The AI for Leaders Fellowship with Intentional Gravity brings together a small, fixed group of twelve senior leaders who meet six times from February through December for confidential curated discussions on leading in a time of AI. 

Participants in AI for Leaders are each navigating AI’s impact on their organizations—whether shaping policy, leading transformation, or building new capabilities. This cohort provides space to reflect, compare approaches, and develop practical frameworks for applying AI responsibly while strengthening human-centered leadership.

Intentional Gravity draws senior professionals from across Chicago’s innovation and business communities. We intentionally balance cohorts across sectors and roles to ensure a robust mix of perspectives—from technology and healthcare to finance, manufacturing, and civic leadership.

The program follows a six-session arc designed to deepen trust, foster peer learning, and equip leaders with actionable insights for guiding teams through change.
